malamang eh hangang 6pm lang yan!! kaya nga lang eh bukas pa ang up ng server nila. gaya nung nov sabi nila 9pm pero ang kinalabasan eh 6pm the next day.

sana ibalik niyo na deleted characters ko with this patch. I wasnt even penalized for anything.My penalty history is zilch at par with your customer service actually.
In business its far harder to gain new customers than maintain the current ones in your customer base.

i'm kinda wondrin' kung bakit ang tagal nila magserver maintenance. everything shoulda been tried and tested before the patching. dapat konti na lang ang bugs since this patch has already been released in other cabal locations. comparing the maintenance lead time of Cabal EU, NA and SEA to PH, PH is lagging behind... way, way, way behind. bulok na ata mga servers nyo. palitan nyo na!!! (alangya, mas mabilis pang magimplement ng patching ang mga private servers...)

Your Server Maintenance has great new updates but please always remember the time that your spending patching new update. From 9am-8pm that takes 11hours passed. Customers are bored and they look for a game that will not gave them that long hours of waiting. Just remember that a person can change the game he/she plays in just a split seconds not 11hours...
E-games your server maintenance is not a Company ethics in giving the Customer a good SERVICE...
I know after these maintenance there is still a big bug and not little...
E-games please be concern of the Customer not your concern of making money...

dapat d na lang kayo nag set ng expectation na 9am-5pm then extend nyo ulit. dapat pagsinabi nyong 8pm, 8pm ok na ang server.

I need help.. After the downtime, I can't open my game client. I tried to check the files already, restarted my computer and my last recourse was to reinstall it. But then again, everytime I tried to click OK after entering the user and pass, it says: "Restart inorder to recieve update".
