When gamers have problems launching the game client and some sudden disconnection issues, it could be related to a corrupted game file. The “Check Files” function of the game launcher could be helpful in solving corrupted file issue/s. We advise all our gamers having disconnection and login problems to try using the check files function first before launching the game.
Also, some antivirus software solutions prohibit the game from launching properly. Please try to turn-off any Antivirus Program running in your PC before launching the game or have the entire CABAL GAME Folder be part of the exemptions of your ANTIVIRUS Program.
For GAMEGUARD related issues, you may delete the entire GAMEGUARD Folder from the CABAL Installation directory and download a new set of Game Guard Files by re-launching the game client.
