Please be reminded that the CABAL Online CASH Conversion [EP to CC] can be located in the "MY ACCOUNT" Section of the Account Management page. You have to be logged-in in order to access these pages. We aplogize for the issues/problems regarding the website connections/top-ups. Our Technical Team is currently resolving these issues.
